1.) Open an empty notepad file
2.) Type, "Bush hid the facts" (without the quotes)
3.) Save it as whatever you want.
4.) Close it, and re-open it.

do it with a line of text like:
hhhh hhh hhh hhhhh
the bug still appears.
now do it with the original bush statement, but save it as a unicode file. the bug does not appear
